Il s'agit d'un OAV disponible dans l'édition limitée du tome 19 du manga.Yona est enfin parvenue à rassembler les 4 dragons. Alors que le groupe poursuit son voyage, ils trouvent, grâce à Shin-Ah, une station thermale perdue dans les montagnes. Ils décident aussitôt de profiter de l'occasion pour se détendre un peu. Durant cet instant de détente, Jae-Ha est intrigué par la cicatrice dorsale de Ki-Jae, qui semble avoir été causée par la griffe d'un dragon.
