Ryû Yamada est un élève de 2ème année au lycée privé de Suzaku. Celui-ci est toujours en retard, s'endort pendant les cours et ses notes sont désastreuses. Sa vie quotidienne est ennuyante. D'un autre côté, Urara Shiraishi qui, en plus d'être très belle, est la meilleure élève du lycée. Mais un jour, après une soudaine chute dans l'escalier, leurs corps sont échangés !
